I was honored to help mark the 8th anniversary of my good friend Scott Mann’s Permaculture Podcast. We sat down to record this one in-person at the Mother Earth News Fair in Seven Springs, Pennsylvania. Our discussion included ancient brewing, yeast cultivation, and the historical importance of fermented beverages, along with the wide range of flavoring ingredients that can be used in them. Enjoy!

I love AleHorn 's products. I drink from one of their drinking horn tankards and comb my beard with one of their horn combs. I was tipsy with Viking joy when I read this great review of Make Mead Like a Viking . Very thorough and well-written. Clearly they did their research. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!
